Chittapa FC vs Saints FC
"Improvement".. thats the only thing tat CFC can wish for at the moment. After started off their RFL 08/09 season with great form, they are currently so-out-of-form. With only able to score 5 goals in 4 games and conceded 5 goals alredi tis season... CFC guys surely need to get their game-play straight. 6 points out of 4 games and currently on the 5th position, surely tat wasn't wat CFC players wanted when they kicked off the season. Next opponent, Saints FC, pose danger to CFC, with all Saint's new players showed an impressive performance so far. After another poor performance from Arulkanesh last week, he will surely not be drafted in the first-four for the Saints FC's match. With Arul Botak back after suspension, he will be eager to get back into the game.. and hope he will be able to score some goals tis coming Saturday. Sathiya and Brahma will be hoping to improve their play after missing a-whole bunch of chances in the previous game. A recurring injury to the knee after last week's game, surely will rule out Thanes for another couple of week more... its been a frustating season for the tall-lanky stiker who is so eager to kick some balls.Ganesan will be expected to fill in the last-man position left by Arulkanesh and with the keeper-rotation system still on.. the keeper for the next game still unknown...
Hope CFC can put-up a great performance against Toh's Red Army... and CFC surely will be trying to get their next 3 points in the bag. WAKE UP GUYS IN YELLOW !!!!!
Player to watch:
Toh - the long-range shooter of the team..
Agni - a player tat can sneak a goal out of nowhere..
Ghajen - the most skilled player in the team

Review Match No. 4
Chittapa FC vs Bukit Tinggi
Its been 2 weeks since the blog got updated, actually all CFC members were xtremely busy with their studies for the past 2 weeks, as all the exams are nearing by.
After a narrow lost to the league leader's, CFC surely need to regroup back all their aspect of games and also their players attitude. After getting his first ever red card in his entire footballing career, Arul Botak was left out of the BT match, and to fill the shortage of the player, our still-injury -plagued-stiker, Thanes stepped up to cover up for the vacant in the team. Arulkanesh, the captain, came under heavy scrutinies after a sloppy game against DNC, with both goals scored by the opponent due to his mistakes. CFC was desperate to get 3 points from BT match, and they started the game with Updesh in btwn the goal-post. The game started with a very slow tempo from CFC with BT was more than happy to sit deep in their area. Sathiya who did well as goal-keeper in the previous game was playing up-field with Brahma. The 1st half ended with alot of chances that cant be converted by those 2 players. Thanes, probably still with the injury to his knee was struggling to get into the game and there were couple of long-range effort from both Ganesan and Sathiya which went wide and off-target. In the 17 minute, a misunderstanding and again a very poor marking by the CFC Captain, gifted BT with a goal, which took CFC by shock. With very few minutes remaining, another defeat was looming all around the CFC team. Last minute pressuring by Arulkanesh, to get his team-mates going resulted in 2 goals in 2 minutes thanks to Brahma and Sathiya. Overall, it was a very poor-show by the team in Yellow... with all their passes were haywire and too many miscommunication in the team. Is it the end of Arulkanesh, the Captain's era ... ??
Game ended with a narrow 2-1 win over BT..

Review Game No.2
First 3 points of the season .. first clean sheet of the season and expect alot of this thru out the season.. tats the message from the Team in Yellow.
After losing to Boogis FC in their 1st game, CFC defeated De'Knights 1-0 in the their 2nd game of the season. Brahma, opened his goalscoring account for tis season with a tight-angled shot pass the De'Knights keeper. It was rather a relaxing game for CFC, as most of their players were seen relaxed and walking around in da game instead of running for the ball.. especially the both Aruls, but the Manager yet to confirm were tat due to injuries to those two players or something else.
CFC, tis time started with Sathya, their newbie in between the goal post, and Arulkanesh, Arul, Ganesan and Brahma were the outfield players they started with. There were alot of chances for CFC.. 1 came as early as in the 1st minute of the game.. a cheeky free kick from Arulkanesh went just couple of inches away from the goal post, with the De' Knights keeper was watching the ball flew by. De Knights were defending well by limiting the shooting chances to CFC, but they were still some good movement between the players and Updesh lashed on to 2-3 shots tat were blocked and deflected by De'Knights defenders. The first half ended with no goals from both team. CFC clearly was not on thier best form.. they were searching for their form that they showed against Boogis the previous game. CFC started the 2nd half with De'Knight players were putting more pressure on them.. there were alot of fouls in the game.. thankfully none of the players ended up with any serious injuries. Following some good footwork from Brahma, he passed a ball to Ganesan, which just needed a cool placing to put the ball behind the net, but he sent the ball high and wide... Then in da 13 minute, a breakaway by Arul from the defence into the De' Knights half resulted in a goal after Brahma tucked in the ball from a very acute angle. 1-0 to CFC. Minutes after tat.. another great footwork by Brahma send Updesh with just a 'tap in da ball' for the 2nd goal, the tall striker lashed on a fierce shot sending the ball high up.
The goal-scorer came close to get his 2nd goal, with oni the opponent keeper on his way, but he too, coudn't keep his calm to slot the ball back into the net.
Overall, there were alot of chances, but CFC players just can't take advantage of those. The game ended 1-0 for CFC.
